Brief: To design a recruitment based website for RS Components, promoting available internal positions

Challenge: A key element of the new brand style is the diagonal shards which had to be implemented in such a way that would impede to building processes. Elements of the page had templates pre-created for the back end, so certain elements had to follow a particular format

Solution: The solution was to ensure that all diagonals could be wrapped within the individual divs of each page segment. This caused some design challenges, ensuring they still looked polished and not split or broken
